Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made within 24 hours, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. If your item is defective or physically damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving it.

Here’s how to report a damaged item:

  1. Email us at hello@afluri.com with your Order Number and clear photos of the damage.
  2. Once verified, we’ll replace the item at no cost to you.

Please note:

  • Damaged packaging (e.g., dented boxes) does not qualify as product damage if the item inside is in good condition.
  • We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

We strive to deliver your order quickly and efficiently. However, Afluri cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping couriers, customs, or other external factors.

For lost, delayed, or stolen packages, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Refunds are not provided for these circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Address
